Co-founded an independent postsecondary consulting firm that works with students, families, and institutions without a financial relationship to any school we discuss. Built the brand, wrote the founding positioning, and developed the thesis that drives the whole practice: the consulting space has a conflict-of-interest problem, and honest guidance only holds up when the guidance isn't being paid for by the institutions involved.
Built and shipped a compliance-checking SaaS tool for promotional marketing. TwiceCheckrr is a web app and Chrome extension that catches the small errors (missing disclaimers, outdated language, broken links) that keep slipping through before emails go out. Designed, developed, and launched the entire product in a single build sprint, with no prior coding background.
Madonna University
Led marketing for a small private university navigating declining enrollment across the sector. Focused on precision audience identification over broader demographic targeting, finding the specific students for whom Madonna was actually the right school at the right moment. The campaigns that came out of that work produced the largest freshman class in the institution's history and significantly lowered cost per acquisition on paid channels.
Concerto Networks
Consulted with the Concerto team to modernize their brand and sharpen how they talk to their audiences. Refined the brand voice to sound more professional and less technical, and built out a consistent visual system across the company including email signatures, Teams backgrounds, LinkedIn banners, and a brand guide.
