I'm Alexandria Zimmerman. I run Alexandria+, a fractional marketing practice for companies who suspect the problem they're trying to solve isn't actually a marketing problem.

Most of my work starts the same way: someone hired me to fix their content, their campaigns, or their funnel. Most of the time, the content, campaigns, and funnel weren't the thing that was actually broken. They were just the most visible part. The real issue was usually a layer underneath- in pricing, in positioning, in who the business was trying to serve, in the gap between what a company says it does and what it actually does.

 

My job is to find the real problem before you spend another dollar trying to solve the wrong one. Then we fix the right thing.
